What is bank loans? The term "credit" is used to
refer to the credit of the goods, commercial credit, credit and fiscal
tax credit. And if it is only on bank loans, it is necessary to
understand what is meant by a loan that is issued by the bank, and not
some other organization. On the one hand, the loan must be understood on
two levels, on the ground it is understood as a certain amount of money
that is allocated by the bank to the target pre-known to him, and the
second as a technology to meet the financial requirements stated by the
borrower, on the other hand, it is necessary to distinguish this
technology with the results of its application. So what is a bank loan?
Using this approach, it can be argued that a bank loan as a product of
the activity is:
- The amount of money that is provided by the bank to the borrower and the loan meets the basic features that reflect its specific legal and economic nature;
- Loan product deep level, and specifically the way, to whom the bank is ready to provide or provides credit services to clients who are in need. That is an orderly, coordinated and designed to document a set of interrelated information, organizational, financial, technical, technological, legal and other actions, which constitute an integral rules of interaction among bank employees to serve customers, complete and uniform technology of customer service in terms of lending.
What is bank loans,
and what they can be? Bank loans can be divided into active and
passive. In the case of loans outstanding bank issues a loan, that is,
as lender, and in the second case, the bank takes the credit, that is,
takes on the role of the borrower. The bank loans may enter into
a credit relationship (give or take loans) and other banks (or other
lending institutions), including a central bank, carrying out an active
or a passive role, depending on the situation. In this case we have to
deal with the inter-bank lending. If we talk about all the other
companies, organizations, institutions and individuals, the bank credit
relationships with them are of a very different character - then the
bank almost always plays the role of the party who gives the loan.
